Huawei Y7a uses a 6.67-inch display with a high-resolution display, high screen-to-body ratio, and a well thought off top-center punch-hole to house the selfie camera. Unlike some similarly priced handsets with HD (720p) screens, it uses a good quality and crispier Full HD (1080p) screen which will let you enjoy viewing content better.

Every color on offer is attractive

The back of the device looks equally as good as its front. Huawei Y7a is boasting a 3D Arc Design to truly deliver an ergonomic experience and a fashionable overall polish that reflects is pretty good craftsmanship for a budget phone. It is available in Crush Green, Blush Gold, and Midnight Black.

The unit that we have is the Crush Green colorway with a stunning high-gloss finish that you won't normally find on affordable handsets. It also has a nice and modern-looking camera hump that is far from thick.

In addition, from its sides, you'll see that the device comes with a streamlined unibody with a fingerprint reader on the mid-frame. This allowed the Y7a to keep the integrity of the backplate and provide a bezel-less look on the front, as it should be.

Of course, this device is a capable all-rounder. It is boasting a 2.0GHz 14nm Kirin 710A octa-core processor, a power-efficient chip that is speedy enough to run a lot of apps with ease. It even has ample 4GB RAM to ensure a smooth multitasking experience, 128GB expandable storage to enable you to store a lot of files, games, music, videos, documents, and more, and a 5,000mAh battery with a USB-C 22.5W SuperCharge technology.

In our tests, real-life usage of the device can last for about 2 days on a single charge. Charging is also faster than other devices with big battery capacity due to its 22.5W charging making its users do more with their devices rather than just waiting for it to be charged.
