In India, Samsung officially announces the Galaxy M02s a few days after the Korean giant announced the smartphone in Nepal.

Samsung Galaxy M02s boasts a large display, octa-core chip, big battery, and triple cameras with a low asking price.

At the back, the device boasts a plastic back prism design in Red, Blue, and Black colors. It features a large 6.5-inch IPS PLS HD+ display with an Infinity-V notch, 1600 x 720 resolution, and a 20:9 aspect ratio.

Inside is the 3.5-year-old 1.8GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 octa-core processor, 3GB/4GB RAM, 32GB/64GB of storage, and 5,000mAh battery with 15W Adaptive Fast Charging via USB-C inside a polycarbonate frame.

At the back are a 13MP main camera, 2MP macro, and 2MP depth camera while on the notch in front is the 5MP front facing camera.

It comes in Black, Blue, and Red and will run on Android 10-based One UI. It comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack and connects wirelessly thru WiFi and Bluetooth 5.0.

India price with direct to PHP conversion (no taxes and duties yet):

The 4GB RAM and 64GB model has yet to be priced as of this article's writing. The new smartphone is expected to be available in India thru Amazon India and will come in all three colorways.

There is no word on international and Philippine availability and pricing.
