As the name suggests, this is a 5G-ready smartphone. The device boasts the 7nm MediaTek Dimensity 800U SoC Mali-G67 GPU and an integrated 5G modem for dual 5G SIM support as well as 5G SA/NSA. This is the same chip found on the realme 7 5G.

It also comes with 6GB or 8GB RAM, 128GB storage, and 4,310mAh battery capacity with a USB-C 50W fast charging. It comes with a FREE 65W power brick with backward compatibility to its 50W charge.

Managing the heat to keep the performance of the phone in check is a copper tube.

realme V15 features a glass-looking back design in Crescent Silver, Mirror Lake Blue, and Koi. The Koi version is the more special one as it features a double-texture double-plating process to reflect light at different angles. That solution made it 0.2 mm thicker than its two other colors.

In the front, it highlights a 6.4-inch FHD+ Samsung-made AMOLED screen with a 180Hz touch sampling rate and a peak brightness of 600 nits. It also has an In-Display fingerprint reader and a top-left-aligned punch-hole housing its 16MP selfie shooter.

For the back cameras, you'll see a 64MP main shooter + 8MP ultra-wide + 2MP macro cam. It comes with realme's Super Night Mode (back and front cameras), AI beauty, Portrait Mode, Movie Mode, and US Max stabilization for video recordings.

This device also highlights Dirac Audio and Hi-Res Audio certifications.
