The Samsung Galaxy M12 was officially launched in India. It starts at around USD 150 featuring a 90Hz screen and a huge battery capacity.

The Galaxy M12 has a plastic back and frame with a square camera bump for the rear sensors. It also has a dew-drop notch for the 6.5-inch IPS screen with 1600 x 720 HD+ resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, and 270 ppi pixel density.

Inside, it has a 2.0GHz 8nm Exynos 850 octa-core processor, Mali-G52 GPU, up to 6GB RAM, up to 128GB expandable storage, and a 6,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging. It also features WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, 4G LTE. GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BDS, side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and USB-C port. It also has a 3.5mm headphone jack.

For the cameras, it has a quad-sensor setup with 48MP f/2.0 main + 8MP f/2.2 123-degree ultra-wide-angle + 2MP f/2.4 macro + 5MP f/2.4 depth sensor with LED flash. For selfies. an 8MP f/2.2 sensor is available.

India price with direct to PHP conversion (no taxes and duties yet):

Samsung Galaxy M12 6GB/128GB - INR 13,999 (around PHP 9.3K)

The Samsung Galaxy M12 is available in Black, Blue, and White colorways. It will start selling from Amazon India starting March 18. Local availability is yet to be confirmed though. We will update you as soon as we get more information.
