Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite is now available in stores

Samsung has just announced that the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite is now available on the Philippine shores, almost a month following its first reveal.

The new budget tablet from Samsung offers a handy and compact design with slim bezels and metal back cover. It has an 8.7-inch WXGA+ TFT display with a resolution of 1340x800 at 179 ppi. The screen is wide enough making it an ideal tool for online learning, presentations, and reports.

The tablet is using a 2.3GHz 12nm MediaTek Helio P22T SoC with PowerVR GE8320 GPU. It is paired with either 3GB or 4GB RAM and 32GB or 64GB internal storage.

Its battery will be 5100 mAh and can be charged with a USB-C15W adaptive fast charger.

It also features an 8MP as its main camera with AF and 5MP for selfies. 

The device is running Android 11 and has an optional 4G LTE, and Bluetooth 5.0. It is also using dual speakers with Dolby Atmos to bring a detailed sound and clearer discussion for your online classes. 

According to Samsung, the tablet's interface will be easy to use with one hand using the gesture-based menu. You can also easily open the previous window, see recent apps, return to the home screen with just using a thumb. Additionally, they also said that it can be paired seamlessly with other Galaxy devices

The brand also said that it has Samsung Kids, an app that offers access to dozens of age-appropriate and family-friendly games and content. The parental control app will allow parents to monitor their kid's usage of the device.
