The Mi Smart Stream Oven 30L, as the name implies, has a 30L capacity. It is made out of food-grade stainless steel. It also features a hidden baking tube design and a flat inner wall for easier cleaning.

It also features a 360-degree hot air circulation, 30-second quick steam mode, and a water filter cartridge that can be easily replaced. It has a vertically oriented opening for easier access. It also supports three-layer cooking as well.

There are a lot of cooking modes including Steam Mode, Pure Stream Mode, and Air Frying Mode. Yes, you read that right. You can even use this as an Air Fryer. The Mi Smart Steam Oven is an all-around machine that can cook, steam, bake, ferment, and dehydrate.

5 Cleaning Modes

You can control it using the Mi Home app where you can customize settings like cooking time, mode, and even name your recipes. The app also acts as a cookbook where users can look at and use different recipes. 5 cleaning modes are available namely Machine Cleaning, Oven Cavity Cleaning, Pipeline Cleaning, Scale CLeaning, and Deep Cleaning.
