The myTOYOTA app is now upgraded to provide customers all information and services

To make buying or maintaining a vehicle more convenient, Toyota Motor Philippines recently revamped its mobile application.

Basically, the myTOYOTA app provides customers a single platform to access all information and services they need from car buying to after-sales and maintenance. According to Toyota Motor Philippines, users can explore the manufacturer's vehicle lineup, look upon the latest car deals and book a car appointment. 

Aside from these, they can also purchase vehicle upgrades and packages, and acquire access to services like roadside assistance. They can all perform these activities through their mobile devices anytime and anywhere.  

Because of this digital tool, existing and would-be Toyota owners may have a smooth experience from the purchase up to after-sales and even vehicle trade-ins. TMP First Vice President Sherwin Chualim explained further,

The myTOYOTA App users can search for the vehicle that suits their lifestyle. The app sports a showroom with a carousel that displays all featured vehicles and their specifications. With the carousel, users can view a certain vehicle in 360 degrees.

Those who are interested can build and personalize their dream car through the vehicle configurator. It allows users to see the available color choices, chooses compatible accessories, and other items for their vehicle. Finally, there's a financing calculator to display their build summary and financing options.

Through the said app, car owners can check for available service schedules and select their preferred date. Also, they can access their vehicle's service history and repair status, browse, order, and check out service packages. In this way, they can easily keep track of their vehicle's preventive maintenance schedules.
