The 96 points of OPPO Reno6 5G is higher than the 94 points of realme GT Neo2 5G and the 89 points of Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max, OnePlus Nord CE 5G, and vivo Y72 5G. All of those phones are ranked in the top 5 of DxO's battery ranking.

For autonomy, the device is capable of delivery 57 hours with moderate use as well.

The total battery life of the iPhone 13 Pro Max is still higher at 2 days and 20 hours, but it has a slow charging time of 2 hours and 11 minutes which affected its overall battery score.

Meanwhile, OPPO Reno6 5G has a total battery life of 2 days and 9 hours with a super-fast charging speed of 35 minutes from 0 to 100 percent.

OPPO achieved this feat by using a 4,300mAh battery with USB-C 65W fast charger. It is also using a 6.43-inch 90Hz OLED screen and a power-efficient 6nm MTK Dimensity 900 SoC.

OPPO Reno6 5G turned in a stellar battery performance, taking top marks in certain categories and coming in first globally among all devices, cited DXOMARK in its review. The device is very well-balanced and well-designed and provides a good comprehensive experience.

To recap, DxO measures battery performance in three factors–charging, autonomy, and efficiency–through over 150 hours of testing and 70 measurements.

In our real-world use (GIZGUIDE review), the phone managed to last a day with 15 to 20 percent left after a 12-hour work day. On screen time can last over 7 hours with 25 percent left under heavy workdays. Just note that the unit we tested is not the retail version.
