It features the Dimensity 900 octa-core processor

In terms of design, the POVA 5G looks to have a premium-looking aesthetic. It has a rectangular camera bump with three cameras and a flash, a reflective accent piece down the cameras, and a large screen with slim bezels as well as a punch-hole cutout. It also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.

For the screen, it features a 6.95-inch screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and 2460 x 1080 FHD+ resolution with 480 ppi pixel density. Inside, it features the 6nm 2.4GHz MediaTek Dimensity 900 octa-core processor, Mali-G68 GPU, 8GB LPDDR5 + 3GB virtual RAM, 128GB UFS 3.1 storage, and a 6,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging.

For cameras, it has a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP main camera + a 2MP unspecified sensor + an AI sensor with LED flash. It also has a 12MP selfie camera.
