TECNO POVA 5G with Dimensity 900 chip is now official in the Philippines, priced at PHP 12,990!

On Facebook, TECNO today revealed that the POVA 5G will be available in the Philippines from February 14, 2021. It also showed the SRP of the device in the country.

TECNO POVA 5G will be available in the Philippines!

To recap, TECNO POVA 5G is the company's first 5G-ready smartphone. It features a 3D curved back design in Aether Black colorways, a 6.95-inch LCD (IPS) screen with 120Hz refresh rate, FHD+ resolution, and a punch-hole housing the 12MP selfie camera.

Under the hood, it is a pretty fast device in its class. The handset features the 2.4GHz 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 900 octa-core processor with Mali-G68 MC4 GPU, 8GB LPDDR5, 128GB UFS 3.1 internal storage. and a large 6,000mAh battery capacity with USB-C 18W fast charging.

Dimensity 900 is a pretty good one as it uses the powerful Cortex-A78 cores and it is built under the 6nm process.

For cameras, the handset is equipped with a 50MP + 2MP + AI Lens + LED flash. For selfies, it uses a 16MP front camera.

It also has a side-mounted fingerprint reader, WiFi 6, 5G SA/NSA, Bluetooth 5.2, and dual SIM slots. This runs with Android 11 OS with HiOS 7.6 skin.
