HONOR just launched a new 5G-ready smartphone in China called the Play 30.
HONOR Play 30 is a device boasting a glossy back design with an iPhone-like square camera hump in Blue, Gold, Black, and White colors and a large 6.5-inch LCD screen with HD+ 720p resolution with a waterdrop notch housing its 5MP selfie camera.
Inside, it is equipped with the 5G Snapdragon 480+chip with up to 2.2GHz clockspeed and Adreno 619 GPU.
This chip is paid with 4GB or 8GB RAM, 128GB expandable storage via microSD slot up to 512GB, and a 5,000mAh battery capacity with USB-C 10W charging.
For cameras, the device is boasting a single 13MP shooter with an LED flash at the back.
Aside from 5G, the phone has WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.1, and dual SIM slots.
It runs with Android 11 OS with Magic UI 5.0 skin on top.
Based on its specs, it could be a budget 5G phone. The device is now available for pre-order, but there is no info regarding its price and availability information yet.
