For the July 2022 Netflix ISP Speed Index, Converge ICT is tied in first place with Globe at Home. PLDT and SKYCable are both in second place.

Back in April 2022, Converge ICT was also tied with Globe, PLDT, and SKYCable at 3.2 Mbps while Royal Cable is rated at 3.0 Mbps.

To summarize, Netflix determines monthly rankings by combining resolution, streaming device, and encoding formula to evaluate an ISP's performance during primetime viewing sessions. The better the network, the closer a session gets to this maximum bitrate.

For July 2022, Converge ICT and Globe are tied at first place with a speed score of 3.4 Mbps. PLDT and SKYCable are tied in second place with 3.2 Mbps. The third place is for Royal Cable with 3.0 Mbps. This still shows that all of PH's telco companies maintain consistent service in terms of Netflix.
