TECNO POVA Neo 2 with 90Hz screen, HUGE 7,000mAh battery now official

TECNO POVA Neo 2 has been announced. It features a huge 6.82-inch 90Hz screen, MediaTek's Helio G85 SoC, and a HUGE 7,000mAh battery. Read on!

It also has a HUGE 6.82-inch 90Hz screen

The POVA Neo 2 features a design with accent lines at the back similar to gaming smartphones. It has an interesting take on the camera island with a long pentagon-like shape instead of the usual rectangle or square. In front, it has a 6.82-inch LCD screen with 1640 x 720 HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. It does have a punch-hole cutout though.

Inside, it features the 2.0GHz MediaTek Helio G85 octa-core processor, Mali-G52 2EEMC2 GPU, up to 6GB RAM, up to 128GB expandable storage, 7,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging. For cameras, it has a dual-camera setup with a 16MP main camera with a secondary depth sensor and LED flash. For selfies, it has an 8MP sensor.

It runs Android 12 with HiOS 8.6. It also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, dual-band WiFi, dual 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.5, GPS, stereo speakers, 3.5mm audio jack, DTS audio support, and USB-C.

The TECNO POVA Neo 2 comes in Black, Gray, and Blue and will be available in Russia starting October 3. Local prices and availability are yet to be confirmed. We will update you as soon as we get more information.
