POCO X5 series leaked, to arrive with SD778 and SD695!
Most details for the POCO X5 Pro and POCO X5 were spotted just right before their launch date.

POCO X5 series details spotted!
The Poco X5 Pro's details came from a European store that almost displayed all of its hardware.

Anyway, it appears that the Pro version is going to have a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with 1080 x 2400 FHD+ resolution. While the refresh rate isn't mentioned it may likely have a 120Hz similar to the Poco X4 Pro. It is also protected by Gorilla Glass 5.
Inside, the leak suggests it is powered by the 2.4GHz 6nm Snapdragon 778G w/ Adreno 642L GPU and is paired with 6GB or 8GB RAM and 128GB or 256GB expandable storage.
For battery, it uses 5,000mAh coupled with a USB-C 67W fast charger.
The rear cameras are said to have a 108MP f/1.9 1/1.52 large image sensor, 8MP ultra-wide, and a 2MP macro shooter. While the front-facing camera has 16MP.
Another feature noted is only an IP68 rating for protection against water and dust.

Moving to the vanilla version, the POCO X5 is seen on the Geekbench listing. It says that the phone will arrive with display details as the pro. However, there's no mention of glass protection here.
In terms of processor, it is using the 6nm Snapdragon 695 with Adreno 619 GPU while the memory configurations are similar as well.
