Along with the OnePlus 11, the OPPO-related global electronics firm today launched the Buds Pro 2 in the Philippines.
The OnePlus Buds Pro 2 arrived in a slim and compact rectangular design with an IP55 rating to fend off some water splashes or dust and the same color scheme of Black and Green as the OnePlus 11 smartphone.
Inside, the buds are boasting a dual-driver design at 11mm and 6mm, respectively. According to the company, this was tuned by Hans Zimmer, a popular Hollywood music composer.
The buds now have 360-degree Spatial Audio for an immersive listening experience and Master EQ which offers fewer low frequencies versus the default setting and you can even set it to have a brighter or wider sound stage.
It also has ANC up to 48dB which helps in eliminating background noise as well as the transparency mode making its users aware of the surroundings when needed.
The device connects via Bluetooth 5.3 and can be synced up to two devices simultaneously. It also AAC, SBC, LC3, and LHDC codecs. The brand also promised there will be Bluetooth LE Audio support that will arrive later this year through an OTA update.
The buds are Hi-Res certified as well.
For battery, OnePlus claimed that each bud can last up to 6 hours with ANC and 9 hours if turned off. Combined with the charging case it can go up to 39 hours in total. It also supports wired fast charging and wireless charging.
