Next best flip phone?

MySmartPrice recently posted alleged renders of the yet-to-be-announced Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5. Several hours after, the website also unveiled legitimate-looking press renders of the upcoming Z Flip5.

The new flip phone is expected to be unveiled this July at the Unpacked event in Seoul.

The renders reveal the massive new outer screen that MySmartPrice claims to be 3.4-inch in size that covers nearly half of the phone. It is expected to have a 6.7-inch 120Hz FHD+ AMOLED inner folding screen.

Allegedly, Inside the phone are the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, and a 3,700mAh battery. The larger outer screen has led to a slight layout change of the rear camera module where the LED flash has been moved to align horizontally with the two rear 12MP cameras.

While on the inner screen will be the third 12MP camera.

Recent reports have claimed that Google apps are being optimized for the large cover display

Other features expected are 8GB RAM, 128GB/256GB of storage, side-mounted fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers and 5G.

Take this information with a grain of salt until Samsung's official announcement this July in Seoul, South Korea.
