Technology powerhouse HUAWEI today launched its newest smartphone line called "Ultimate Design". The first device in that line is the Mate60 RS!
HUAWEI made this new ultra-premium line following its long partnership with Porsche Design that ended with the Mate 50 RS.
Anyway, the new HUAWEI Mate 60 RS Ultimate boasts a ceramic back with an octagon-shaped camera island in dual-tone Red and Black colorways. This has IP68 protection as well.
While the inspiration from its previous Porsche Design devices is still there, the new HUAWEI has added exclusive one-year privileges for the new handset who applied for a HUAWEI card. Some of them include VIP lounge service at airports and train stations, lawyer consultation, and equestrian lessons.
Its users may also purchase Star Diamond protective cases in Black and Red for the front and back of the phone.
For the rest of the specs, the handset is very similar to the Mate 60 Pro+.
It uses a unique-looking Kunlun Glass 2 protected 6.82-inch LTPO OLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate, 300Hz touch sampling rate, 1440Hz PWM dimming, 2700 x 1260 resolution, and a center-aligned triple punch-hole for the two 3D ToF cameras and the 13MP f/2.4 selfie camera.
Under the hood, it uses the 7nm Kirin 9000s SoC with Maleoon 910 GPU, 16GB RAM, 512GB or 1TB internal storage, and a 5,000mAh battery capacity with USB-C 88W SuperCharge, 50W Wireless SuperCharge, 20W reverse wireless charging.
For the back cameras, you will find the 48MP f/1.4-4.0 main camera with OIS, a 48MP f/3.0 90mm equiv periscope camera with macro and OIS, and a 40MP f/2.2 ultra-wide camera with an LED flash.
Of course, it now has 5G and satellite call and text capabilities. It runs with HarmonyOS 4.0.
