Cignal TV’s Pilipinas Live brings UAAP Season 86 worldwide

Cignal TV announced that UAAP Season 86 will be available to sports enthusiasts around the world through its Pilipinas Live app.

In a statement, Cignal TV said fans will never miss a UAAP happening through its OTT streaming platform Pilipinas Live.

Aside from the Philippines, Cignal TV First Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer Gerard Milan said fans from other parts of the world will be able to watch the games, like those in the US, Canada, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Singapore and Hong Kong.

With the app, fans from anywhere in the world can watch UAAP Season 86, which kicks off on September 30th at the Mall of Asia Arena, Cignal TV said.

They can enjoy the beginning of the new season featuring the college basketball games live and on-demand, via their mobile devices, it added.

Cignal TV said fans will be able to enjoy unique features on the Pilipinas Live app, such as multi-cam views and the fan stream of live games. This will be on top of the original shows, game highlights, and other related content.

UAAP Season 86 is the first of many sports properties that we plan to deliver to all Pilipinas Live subscribers, wherever they may be, Cignal TV President and CEO Jane Basas said.

Later this year, we will also showcase the live games from the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA), the Philippine Volleyball League (PVL), and Spiker’s Turf to fans in all countries where the Pilipinas Live app is available, Basas noted.

Pilipinas Live is available on the App Store and on Google Play worldwide. The app's introductory subscription is set at PHP 99 per month.
