Xiaomi just unveiled its premium smartwatch called the Watch 2 Pro.

The new wearable features a sleek and premium design and comes in metallic Silver or Black body and Brown or Black leather straps.

It boasts a 1.43-inch AMOLED screen with 466 x 466 resolution at 326 ppi while it also has Gorilla Glass protection.

Inside, the smartwatch uses Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1 chipset alongside 2GB RAM and 32GB internal memory. This chipset will also provide the capability to use a 4G LTE connection.

The features

Another highlight is the Wear OS layered in Xiaomi's own MIUI skin. The wearable will get access to Play Store, Google Maps, Google Wallet, and contactless payment through NFC.

In terms of functionality, the smartwatch offers 150 distinct sports modes, as well as capabilities such as ECG monitoring, heart rate tracking, body temperature monitoring, and sleep tracking.'

Finally, it features up to 65 hours of regular usage and protection against water of 5ATM.  There's also Bluetooth 5.2, and dual-band GNSS positioning.
