PS5 Slim priced in the Philippines, priced at PHP 30,790!

Last week, Sony unveiled the PS5 Slim in the world, and now they have a price for a PH variant.

To recap, as the name suggests, the new console now looks slimmer and lighter. According to Sony, they managed to cut down the volume by 30 percent, weight by 18 percent, and 24 percent versus other PS models.

Now, the Slim variant's weight is down to 7.05 lbs from 9.9 lbs for the disc edition. While the digital edition is down to 5.73 lbs from 8.6 lbs.

You'll also notice four distinct cover panels while the top looks glossy and the bottom has a matte finish.

Sony has also added a bulge for the removable and replaceable disc drive on the side of the Slim variant. The front now contains dual USB-C connectors in place of the PS5's single USB-C and USB-A ports, while each side now has two slits. 

Other than those, Sony retained all the aspects of the original PS5.

Fortunately, this is the same pricing as the previous model. Sony has to announce yet the pricing of the digital version of PS5 Slim and the availability of both.
