POCO C65 launched: Helio G85, 6.74-inch 90Hz display, and 50MP camera!

Following the announcement it is coming to the Philippines soon, POCO unveiled the C65 global variant.

POCO C65 (Global) launched!

First of all, it comes with the familiar design of POCO devices with its large rectangular camera island at the back bearing the logo of the brand. While the rest remain in a clean matte finish of Black, Blue, or Purple colorway.

The three color choices

At the front, it features a 6.74-inch 1600 x 720 HD+ LCD (IPS) screen with a 90Hz refresh with a peak brightness of 600 nits. The phone also uses an 8-bit panel with TUV Rheinland low blue light certification and features DC dimming.

The features

Inside, it is powered by a 12nm 2.0GHz Helio G85 octa-core CPU with Mali-G52 MC2 GPU, paired with 6 or 8GB RAM options and 128 or 256GB storage configurations.

For battery, it has a 5,000mAh capacity that supports 18W. However, POCO says the charger included is 10W only. Of course, it also uses USB-C cable as well.

For cameras, it has a 50MP f/1.8 primary shooter + 2MP f/2.4 macro camera. On the selfie side, it has an 8MP sensor. POCO noted that it also uses a soft light ring for natural light effects for low light conditions.

Other features noted are a side-mounted fingerprint reader and face unlock for security. While the phone also features a 3.5mm audio jack.

Connectivity-wise, it has dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth 5.1, GPS and dual SIM.

For software, the phone runs Android 13 with MIUI 14 for POCO.
