Grab Saver introduced: Cheaper options for rides, food, and deliveries!

Grab Philippines has introduced its "Saver" options for its ride, food, and delivery services.

The said new wallet-friendly offers are called GrabCar Saver, GrabFood Saver Delivery, and GrabFood Saver Meals which can also be paired with subscription plans such as GrabUnlimited and Grab Ride Saver. According to the firm, these are their ways of redefining what it means to "live smartly and affordable" in the current fast-paced life.

The company says that the GrabCar Saver option allows users to have 15 percent more affordable rides compared to the regular booking fare the app offers. With plans to expand to more cities shortly, GrabCar Saver was first introduced in Pampanga and Metro Manila. It provides the same beneficial ride-hailing experience as Grab at a lower cost. All passengers have to do is bide their time until they are assigned a GrabCar Saver journey. 

Carpooling Saver

This also permits driver-partners to properly evaluate the customer's trip and the related fare arrangement, providing an equitable and open experience for all parties. Moreover, GrabShare is another carpooling option on the app that lets people who are traveling in the same direction share on the car while also getting 30 percent off from the usual rate.

Going for food and grocery deliveries, Grab also offers services in this category. The company noted that based on its GrabFood and Grocery Trends Report, more consumers are selecting Grab for eating and shopping options.

Food delivery Saver

Alongside this, the Saver Meals PHP 99 category is an affordable choice for consumers due to its price combined with a wide selection of good food and the convenience of on-demand delivery.

Furthermore, there's also the Subscription plan Grab Unlimited wherein, based on the Trends Report, shows that subscribers to said service have ordered 2.4x more per month compared to the non-subscribers. The firm noted that it can also be translated to the value-exclusive discount deals for GrabFood, GrabMar, and GrabCar.

The service provider also mentioned that its subscription plans provide the best super app experience possible, going beyond on-demand delivery. The availability of GrabUnlimited has been enhanced with the multi-month plans. They claimed that the subscription price is lowered to an affordable PHP 20 per month with the annual plan, which totals PHP 240 only, thus making it a value-for-money offer.

With regard to transportation services, Grab has launched Grab RideSaver, a two-month membership bundle that effectively reduces the total cost of 60 rides by 10 percent. For just PHP 99, Grab consumers can make use of this saving choice.
