Shifting color designs at the back!

Infinix revealed new discoveries at CES 2024!

The brand first talks about the E-Color Shift technology featuring E Ink Prism 3. This feature allows an improved personalization experience by letting users have extensive customization of the back panel. This method employs microstructures in which color particles carry both positive and negative charges. Applying varying voltages alters the electric field within the microstructure, causing color particles to move and show chosen hues. This revolutionary technology enables the phone's shell to change "skins" at will, preserving the display without using power.

At Infinix, we are committed to providing user-centric solutions to Gen Z consumers worldwide. We are exploring further customization possibilities through a software application, enabling up to 60 customizable areas on the hardware with each area supporting various colors. Users can also personalize their phone’s back cover by displaying time, mood, and other features in a matrix arrangement. This approach allows users to express their individuality and convey distinctive information through unique phone designs, transcending basic color changes. This gives their device a fresh look and feel, said Liang Zhang, Deputy General Manager, at Infinix Mobility.

Next is the Infinix Air Charge, the brand's own version of wireless charging. This uses innovative mult-coil magnetic resonance and adaptive algorithms to provide wireless charging up to 20 cm and at 60-degree angles.

It features protective circuits and operates at frequencies below 6.78 MHz, generating 7.5W of power. This smart charging solution enables users to conveniently charge devices under desks while gaming or watching films.

The third topic is called the Infinix Extreme-Temp Battery. The brand has partnered with leading tech suppliers to tackle the problem of mobile phone battery failure when exposed to extremely low temperatures. Infinix says, their new approach uses biomimetic electrolyte and fusion solid-state technology in its electrodes which can operate easily even at -40 degrees Celsius to 60 degrees Celsius. This will ensure dependable performance and durability in chilly environments surpassing the common issue of lithium-ion freezing in regular batteries.

Infinix has launched a series of 'Infinix Carpool Shows" featuring prominent tech and lifestyle influencers exploring upcoming mobile charging technologies on their way to CES 2024. The series will be unveiled on Infinix's global social media platforms during CES week.
