1. 108MP camera for less - The realme C67 is packed with the 108MP f/1.75 HM6 sensor with PDAF focus and a "3X In-sensor Zoom" mode. This primary camera is not common in the under PHP 10K range. Very few brands were able to do it and realme is one of them.

While the "3X In-sensor Zoom" is clearly just a marketing term for 3x lossless digital zoom that takes advantage of the large camera sensor of the phone to crop up and create a seamless zoom shot, it works nearly as well as advertised.

In our initial test, it proved to be a decent camera phone for taking cityscapes, food shots, and if you simply want to take snaps at 3x zoom.

2. Large and smooth display - The realme C67 is also packed with a large 6.72-inch LCD screen with a fairly smooth 90Hz refresh rate. Unlike other budget devices, it also has an ample FHD+ 2400 x 1080 resolution.

In addition, this device has a pretty bright up to 950 nits peak brightness allowing its users to view and frame their shots properly before taking the photo even in broad daylight.

3. Long battery life with fast charging - The realme C67 is also packed with a large 5,000mAh battery capacity. Thanks to its power-efficient 6nm Snapdragon 685 chip, the device could last quite a while on a single charge.

In our experience, it could last up to two days as a daily driver. Even if you like taking a lot of photos and videos, it could still last for a whole day.

Based on our quick test, it can fill its juice from 0 to 50 percent in around 30 minutes and its whole capacity in an hour.

4. Refreshing look with dust and water splash resistance - Aside from having a capable camera, realme also made sure that the device would look pretty to the eyes. It arrived in Sunny Oasis with radiant-looking shades of green and yellow colors and a more classic-looking Black Rock.

Moreover, it has an IP54 rating for water splash protection and dust resistance. So, even if you are shooting outdoors and it suddenly rains, your phone will be somehow protected and won't get damaged that easily.

The phone is also boxy with rounded corners and has a flat-screen.

Quick thoughts

For me, the realme C67 is a must-consider if you are looking for a camera-centric smartphone in its price category, especially today since both of its variants have introductory price cuts.

It's a fairly nice-looking handset with a large and smooth display and long battery life as well. We also like that it has 3 years of guaranteed software support and it has water splash and dust resistance to further protect the device. The memory options are also fairly large at 8GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB.

If you are not the target market of this device (for example, you are looking for a heavy gaming budget phone), look elsewhere as it isn't designed for that. Also, note that the storage is only eMMC 5.1 so there could be some delays if you will multitask while running heavier apps.
