CNN Philippines' social media, website, and stories removed

If you go to CNN Philippines right now, you will only be greeted with the result of "website is unavailable". The only thing that can be found is the cached results of the closed news platform.

Moreover, archived images of its website can still be found on the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine.

The news regarding the erasure erupted when former CNN PH employees and those who archived the news platform's stories and content took to social media how hurt they were after the move.

Another staff Gerg Cahiles, a former correspondent also posted "Over a decade of reportage, now gone. As if #CNNPhilippines never existed".

To recall, the closure of the said news organization comes after the significant losses it experienced throughout the years, despite making extensive efforts to keep up and grow in a quickly shifting and challenging media landscape as said by CNN Philippines.
