Nubia has announced an affordable gaming smartphone at the MWC 2024, in Barcelona, Spain.
As you can see, this is a successor to the previous nubia Neo 5G. The new phone bears a similar design with its transformers-like inspired back cover as if a robot is staring at you.
But the main difference is that this device comes with two shoulder triggers. A viable gaming feature that should let users get an advantage when playing games, particularly on shooting titles. Moreover, these extra keys are customizable so they can fit various types of games.
At the front, it offers a 6.72-inch 2400 x 1080 resolution with 120Hz refresh. Although it is unknown what type of panel they used here.
Inside, nubia did not specify the actual processor but they said it has a boost clock of 2.7GHz.
If we take a look back at its predecessor, it also had a 2.7GHz chip known as the UNISOC T820. It's just a guess but they probably used a similar chip to maintain the pricing at an affordable rate.
Moving forward, the said processor is going to be paired with up to 20GB dynamic RAM and a large 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.
Another highlight will be its battery with the 6,000mAh capacity for long hours of gaming and 33W fast charging support.
Others noted is the Multi-Layer heat dissipation system to keep the temperature in check and game space 2.0 for game assist.
So far those are only the disclosed details.
