A tipster revealed the key information on the upcoming realme 12+ 5G which is expected to launch on Feb 29.
To recap, the phone was teased by realme that it would have "12 upgrades" and that they claimed it would be the "ultimate value mid-ranger".
This time a leaker revealed why realme had some bold claims for its upcoming device. The tipster named @Sudhanshu Ambhore says the realme 12+ 5G will feature a 6.67-inch flat AMOLED screen with 2400 x 1080 resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.
Inside, it will feature a 2.6GHz 6nm Dimensity 7050 octa-core processor with Mali-G68 MC4 GPU, 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.
For battery, the phone is said to feature a 5,000mAh battery with USB-C 67W SuperVOOC charging.
For cameras, the leaker says the device will have a 50MP Sony LYT-600 main camera + 8MP ultra-wide sensor + 2MP macro shooter. To take selfies, it will feature a 16MP front camera.
Others mentioned as of the moment the phone will measure 163 x 75.5 x 7.9mm and weighs 190g.
Furthermore, it will run Android 14 with realme UI 5.0 skin on top.
While these renders looked legit, do take this information with a grain of salt as these are all leaks for now. Let's all wait for the Feb 29, 2024, official announcement. Of course, that day should give light to its price and availability.
What do you guys think?
