vivo V30 now official!

Perhaps the phone's main highlight here is the three 50MP camera setup. The vivo V30 features a 50MP Omnivision OV50E main sensor, OIS with 1/1.55-inch size, and is the first device to have this. It is also paired with another 50MP camera meant for ultra-wide shooting and has autofocus + LED flash.

These rear cameras are complemented by a bigger AuraLight which is now in a squared LED strip instead of the previous circular shape.

The third 50MP with autofocus sensor is found at the front for selfies and video calls.

Another thing you would notice here is the refreshing rear design. It looks a lot cleaner, and calmer with its Bloom White colorway with a 3D petal pattern. The Waving Aqua color has a Rippling Magnetic effect, while the Lush Green features a color-changing panel and finally, the Noble Black features Flourite AG Glass.

It is now also a lot slimmer at 7.5mm thin while vivo manages to increase its battery capacity versus the predecessor.

At the front, the phone has a 120Hz 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with 1260p resolution and high peak brightness at 2,800 nits and supports HDR10+.

For battery, it now has a 5,000mAh capacity that charges using 80W FlashCharge.

Another feature noted is the In-Display fingerprint reader for security.

For connectivity, it has 5G, 4G, WiFi 6 (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, NFC and dual SIM.

For OS, the phone runs Android 14 with Funtouch 14 UI on top. vivo promises a 50-month smooth experience, which may also indicate that the brand intends to support the device for about 4 years.

Unfortunately, no price information is available as of now. However, consumers may expect it to be available in 30 markets like India, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Pakistan, Egypt and the UAE.

As for the Philippines, the vivo V30 is also listed as coming soon on the brand's PH website.
