Educational campaign for e-bike users

The rollout of this campaign is part of the company’s efforts to provide "a 360-degree presales-to-aftersales customer journey," which includes addressing the riding needs and pain points of its clients.

The event is being held in different cities and provinces, where HATASU features e-bike education talks such as the Safety Riding Program and HATASU e-bike 101. The company has also partnered with local government units for the caravan.

The recent campaign was held last April 12-13 in Bajada, Davao.

Existing e-bike users can also have their units checked for repair or maintenance during the caravan.

Sales representatives and installment partners are also present to assist potential buyers.

At HATASU, we want to do our part in ensuring proper road guidelines and etiquette are in place hence we are rolling out the HATASU Careavan campaign to empower our existing and potential customers with the proper ebike education as well as provide them an avenue to access our products and have them regularly checked, said Austine Huang, HATASU Philippines COO.

HATASU Careavan was initially rolled out to Goa, Bicol in March and Bajada, Davao this month.

The firm said it has been aggressively educating the market about e-bikes, as well as inking partnerships with key dealers and financial institutions to make e-bikes more accessible to Filipinos.
