In particular, the phone uses a premium-looking aluminum body with a nano-etched design, a new antenna design, and an IP65 dust and water resistance rating. According to OnePlus, this is the slimmest Nord yet at just 7.99mm.
In front, the device uses a 6.74-inch AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, 2160Hz PWM dimming, Ultra HDR, ProXDR support, and 2772 x 1240 resolution. It also has a 10-bit color depth with 100 percent sRGB and HDR10+ support. This display also has the Aqua Touch tech for accurate typing and swiping even with wet fingers, an In-Display fingerprint reader, and a top-center punch-hole housing its 16MP f/2.4 selfie camera.
Under the hood, it is now powered by the 2.8GHz 4nm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 octa-core processor with Adreno GPU. It is paired with 12GB or 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of 512GB UFS 4.0 internal storage.
For battery, it is now bigger than ever at 5,500mAh.OnePlus claims that it can last up to 10.6 hours of Call of Duty: Mobile gaming or 17.0 hours of YouTube playback. It also has the Battery Health Engine ensuring that its battery health can last for 4 years at over 80 percent. Moreover, it supports USB-C 100W SUPERVOOC fast charging that can fill its entire capacity in just 28 minutes.
To keep its performance in check, the device uses crystalline graphene and steel VC for a cooling coverage of 17900mm2.
The device also has a dual camera setup featuring the 50MP f/1.8 Sony LYT-600 with PDAF focus and OIS and an 8MP f/2.2 112-degree ultra-wide shooter. This setup supports up to 2x in-sensor zoom and up to 20x digital zoom. It can also do up to 4K 60fps videos.
It also has the AI Best Face that can fix images with closed eyes (blinking) and AI Clear Face to avoid blurred faces in groufies. The usual AI Eraser and AI Smart Cutout are available as well.
