Qualcomm has quietly revealed a Snapdragon Developer Kit made for Windows Operating System.
As you can see in the image above, it's a compact PC that uses Qualcomm's AI-powered CPU also known as the Snapdragon X Elite (X1E-00-1DE). This features 12 high-performance Oryon cores with a base 3.8GHz frequency and reaches up to 4.3GHz on peak performance.
It is also partnered with an Integrated Adreno GPU with speeds of up to 4.6 TFLOPS and supports DirectX 12 API.
It has Hexagon NPU that aids users with Generative AI work and can handle 45 Tera operations per second (TOPs). Moreover, the Snapdragon X Elite can process over 13 billion parameters and generate 30 tokens per second.
Anyways the Dev Kit also uses 32GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB NVMe storage. Powering the unit is a 180W AC Adapter.
For connectivity, it uses Qualcomm FastConnect 7800 Mobile Connectivity System featuring Bluetooth 5.4 and WiFi 7.
For I/O, it features an HDMI port, RJ45 port, 2x USB-A 3.2 ports, 3x USB-4.0, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
In terms of software, it runs Windows 11 Operating System.
