According to Korean entertainment news site Koreaboo, Samsung allegedly deleted its post that featured BTS’ Suga following his DUI case.

Specifically, Samsung Deutschland made two posts on its X account that showed the BTS member holding a Galaxy S24 Ultra and another with other members RM and Jimin. However, these were later taken down.

Upon checking Samsung Deutschland’s X account, a number of fans have expressed their disappointment. Some have even pointed out that Suga "was their best ambassador" and he does not deserve this treatment.

Fans trended #KMediaareBullies and #KMediaStopBullying on X, while also saying they are boycotting the brand.

BTS has been indeed Samsung’s face for a long time, with the group getting featured in advertisements and other collaborations.

Early this month, Suga was charged after driving under the influence of alcohol. As a result of the incident, he apologized, had his license revoked, and paid a fine.
