Still the champ: DITO hailed as the number 1 rated mobile network in PH again

According to Ookla's Speedtest Intelligence from Q1-Q2 2024, DITO Telecommunity is still the top-rated mobile network in the Philippines.

DITO is the first telco in the country to achieve back-to-back wins in this category. To win again, DITO garnered a score of 3.7. This is a point higher than the 3.6 they achieved during their first win, a sign that they are continuously improving. 

This also highlights the company's constant commitment to providing technological innovations and top-notch customer service experience.

DITO's nearest competitor Smart recorded a score of 3.4 while Globe scored 3.3.

How does Ookla determine the Rated #1 Mobile Network in the country?

Based on analysis by Ookla of Speedtest Intelligence data for Q3 2023 to Q2 2024

After running a speed test on the Ookla website and app, users may rate their provider from one to five stars.

It comprised millions of consumer-initiated tests performed on web and mobile Speedtest platforms.

All local telcos are represented in Speedtest Intelligence data, with significant volumes of tests nationwide. 

This means that, most likely, DITO's subscribers are satisfied with the performance of the telco.

To recap, DITO also won this award in 2023 at the MWC 2024 in Barcelona, Spain, and celebrated its win early this year by launching "DITO SA PUSO KO" featuring power couple Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera.
