OPPO A3x is now official in PH: SD6s 4G Gen 1, 45W charging, durable build, starts at PHP 5,499

OPPO has launched the A3x budget phone in the Philippines.

The new device highlights durable features like Military Grade Shock resistance and multiple liquid resistance on top of stylish looks. Speaking of which, it comes with Ocean Blue and Nebula Red colorways.

Tough build

In front, it uses a 6.67-inch LCD (IPS) screen with HD+ 1604 x 720 resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, 1,000 nits peak brightness, and 2x reinforced Panda Glass protection. The screen also houses the 5MP front shooter with f/2.2 aperture.

Inside, it uses the 2.11GHz 11nm Snapdragon 6s 4G Gen 1 8-core chip with Adreno 610 GPU, 4GB RAM, 64GB/128GB eMMC 5.1 storage.

For battery, it has a 5,100mAh capacity with 45W SUPERVOOC charging.

In terms of cameras, it uses an 8MP f/1.8 shooter + auxiliary shooter + LED flash.

Can survive some levels of splashes

Other features are a side-mounted fingerprint reader, a 3.5mm audio jack, and IP54 dust and water resistance.

For connectivity, it has 4G, WiFi 5 (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and dual SIM (nano).

For OS, the phone runs Android 14 with ColorOS 14.0 skin on top. OPPO also promises 36 months of fluency which they claimed will stay smooth after 3 years.
