HONOR Pad GT Pro launched: Snapdragon 8s Gen, 12.3-inch OLED, massive cooling system

HONOR launched a large gaming tablet called the Pad GT Pro.

The tablet features a huge 12.3-inch OLED panel with 3K resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, 92 percent screen-to-body ratio, and high PWM dimming of 4320Hz. On top of that, it utilizes AI to bring users a soothing vision, and natural light-like eye protection.

HONOR also claimed that it can reduce the rise in near-sightedness caused by continuous usage of screens.

Inside, it is powered by the 3.0 4nm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 with Adreno GPU, up to 16GB RAM, 512GB storage, 10,050mAh battery with 66W fast charging.

Other features noted are the 8-speaker system with spatial audio support and cools using a very large 40,000mm2 heat sink area to ensure the device stays cool on long gaming sessions.

Connectivity-wise, it has WiFi 6 (2.4GHz/5GHz) 2x2 MIMO, Bluetooth 5.3.

For OS, the tablet runs Android 14 with MagicOS 8.0 skin on top.

China price with direct to PHP conversion (no taxes and duties yet):

HONOR Pad GT Pro 8GB/256GB - CNY 2,699 (around PHP 21.8K)

HONOR Pad GT Pro 16GB/512GB - CNY 3,399 (around PHP 27.4K)

The tablet is now available in China. However, HONOR hasn't mentioned a PH availability yet.
