What time is it? It's Onic Time!

Perhaps this Grand Finals series could be one of the best if not the best do or die match in MPL PH history. After all, it was even regarded as the most popular series in history with 1.5M peak views beating Season 7 of MPL PH with 1.4M views.

But what made it sensational was the intense back-and-forth exchange of both teams trying to get the elusive crown.

Fnatic Onic triumphed, proving why they are the number 1 seed during the regular season with 13-1 standings.

On the other hand, Aurora PH made a valiant effort to advance to game 7, nearly performing a reverse sweep against FNOP.

It started with a dominant 3-1 in favor of Fnatic Onic but Aurora PH kept defying the odds by securing the next matches.

However, it was Superfrince and Kelra's brilliant wave clear + positioning and the whole FNOP team's mental fortitude prevailed eventually sealing the match and claiming the trophy.

Meanwhile, "Kelra" was regarded as the Final's MVP due to his mechanical prowess, decision-making, and overall impact that led the team to their first Championship.

After all, the man was also hailed as the "Gold standard" for being one of the best carry the industry has ever seen according to many pro players, coaches, and fans. All that despite not winning the MPL PH Championship in the previous seasons and with a consecutive first-round exit in the Playoffs.

Now, he is no longer the uncrowned king (in PH) and can flex his trophy for both MPL PH S14 and MSC 2021.

Moreover, both FNOP and Aurora will be competing in the upcoming M6 World Championship representing the Philippines in Malaysia.
