The phone features a typical vivo back design available in Apricot Sea, Sky City, and Midnight Black. The vivo Y200+ 5G also boasts Rock Solid Shock Absorption" which will allow the device to withstand accidental drops. Moreover, it has an IP64 dust and water resistance rating to protect the device from splashes.

In front, it sports a 6.68-inch LCD (IPS) screen with 1608 x 720 resolution, 1,000 nits peak brightness, and has TUV Rheinland certification for low blue light and global DC dimming.

Inside, it is powered by the 2.2GHz 4nm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 octa-core chip with Adreno GPU, 8GB/12GB RAM, 256GB/512GB storage, and a 6,000mAh battery and charges using USB-C 44W fast charger.

For cameras, it has a 50MP main shooter + 2MP depth helper and 5MP for selfies.

Other features are stereo speakers with 300 percent volume.

Connectivity features are 5G, 4G, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and dual SIM.

For OS, the phone runs Android 15 with OriginOS skin on top.
