iPhone 16e pre-orders now in PH via Power Mac Center, Beyond the Box, Abensons

Following its announcement early this month, the iPhone 16e is now available for pre-order in the Philippines through official retailers.

To recap, it is the entry-level from the iPhone 16 Series. This features a durable aerospace-grade aluminum body and you can select it in two colors such as Elegant Black and White Finish.

Additionally, it has Ceramic Shield protecting the 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED panel with 2531 x 1170 resolution, True Tone, P3 color gamut, Haptic Touch, and 1,200 max brightness. It also features an oleophobic coating to prevent fingerprint smudges.

Inside, it uses the 3nm Apple A18 chip with a 6-core CPU, 4-core GPU, and 16-core Neural Engine. The iPhone 16e also comes with three storage configurations such as 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB.

Meanwhile, this device can provide up to 26 hours of video playback and charges 20W via USB-C and Qi wireless charging.

It has a 2-in-1 camera system that includes a 48MP f/1.6 Fusion 26mm primary camera with optical image stabilization as well as an embedded 12MP f/1.6 52mm 2x telephoto lens with optical image stabilization. This can record up to 4K 60fps Dolby Vision videos with audio zoom, as well as 240fps slow-motion recordings.

The iPhone 16e also includes an action button, a stereo speaker setup, two microphones, WiFi, 5G (featuring the Apple C1 5G modem), 4G LTE, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, BeiDou, NavIC, and dual SIM card support (nano SIM + eSIM).

Finally, it runs iOS 18 with support for Apple Intelligence (GenAI) functionality.
