TECNO, a technology firm with footprints in more than 70 markets, has introduced new advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) meant to level up users' digital experiences.

Unveiled during the prestigious MWC Barcelona 2025 in Spain earlier this month, TECHNO launched new powerful products equipped with the TECHNO AI, namely the CAMON 40 smartphone series, TECNO AI Glasses Pro, and the MEGABOOK S14 laptop.

Its chief marketing officer, Laury Bai, said the group continued to invest in its research and development to bridge the so-called "digital gap," ensuring consumers from the emerging market would not be left behind in the digital space.

For Jan Stryjak, associate director at Counterpoint Research, AI is seen to keep driving "transformative changes in our daily lives."

In this critical period for the economic development of emerging markets, TECNO's AI technologies are unlocking potential for diverse needs, Stryjak said.

Boasting of improvements in the AI field, here are some key features of the TECNO AI based on the company’s AI-driven products:

1. AI Glasses Series - Claimed to be "the highest pixel AI glasses photography system in the industry," TECNO said this line of glasses promises a "new generation of intelligent eyewear" with its AI capabilities:

To make this happen, the devices have TECNO AI, which offers the following:

• AI Sharpness Plus
• AI Efficiency tools (for writing and translation)
• Ella AI Assistant with One-Tap Screen Query and Ask Ella (allows users to streamline tasks, such as making calls and creating schedules)

These phones also have the AI FlashSnap instant capture of moving subjects tech and the improved Universal Tone for accurate skin tones when shooting images.

The CAMON 40 Series also has the AI-Powered 360 degree AI Call Assistant. This includes TECNO's pioneering Call Noise Cancellation, an exclusive industry-first innovation for enhanced clarity, along with Call Translation for real-time multi-language communication, Auto Answer to prevent users from missing important calls, and Call Summary for transcribing calls into text.

The phones has AI Efficiency tools enhance everyday productivity with features such as AI Writing for effortless content creation, Google-integrated Circle to Search for seamless online searching with just a swipe of a finger, and AI Translate, which offers the first real-time simultaneous translation with Bluetooth headphones on an Android device.
