MWC 2025: nubia Flip 2 (global) announced: Dimensity 7300X + up to 120Hz 6.9-inch OLED

After its launch in Japan, the nubia Flip 2 was also introduced for the global market at the MWC 2025.

The phone's design

nubia Flip 2 goes global

To recall, the phone sports a 120Hz 6.9-inch OLED panel for the main screen with 2790 x 1188 resolution, 100 percent DCI-P3 color gamut, 10-bit color depth, 2160Hz PWM dimming.

The cover screen has a 3-inch AMOLED panel with 682 x 422 resolution and 900 nits peak brightness.

The features

Inside, the phone uses 2.5GHz 4nm Dimensity 7300X chip with Mali-G615 MC2 GPU, 8GB/12GB LPDDR4X RAM, 128GB UFS 3.1 storage and 4,325mAh battery with USB-C 33W fast charging.

For cameras, it has 50MP main shooter with f/1.59 aperture + 2MP f/2.2 depth helper + LED flash. For selfies, it uses a 32MP front camera.

Other features are side-mounted fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers with DTS: X Ultra, IP42 rating for some protection against dust and water.

Connectivity features are 5G SA/NSA, dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 6 (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, GLONASS, NFC and dual SIM.

For OS, the phone runs Android 14 out of the box.

The phone is going to roll out soon in Europe. However, it's unknown yet if nubia will bring this here in the Philippines.
