REDMAGIC unveils the 10S Pro Series in China, bringing an overclocked Snapdragon 8 Elite chip and a built-in PC emulator.

A more powerful flagship gaming line

The REDMAGIC 10S Pro series showcases a sleek, gamer-centric design with a premium aerospace-grade aluminum alloy frame and durable glass back. The phones maintain a slim profile at just 8.9mm thickness while offering improved ergonomics for extended gaming sessions.

They also feature three gamer vibe color variants: Obsidian Black, Titanium Silver, and a special Phantom Green edition featuring the brand's signature RGB lighting accents.

The features

Both models feature a 6.85-inch BOE Q9+ AMOLED display with 1.5K 2688 x 1216 resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, and a 960Hz touch sampling rate. The screen boasts 2,000 nits peak brightness, 100 percent DCI-P3 coverage, and 2,592Hz PWM dimming technology for reduced eye strain.

Powering the device is the 4.47GHz 3nm Snapdragon 8 Elite Leading Edition chipset with Adreno GPU.

This is complemented by the Red Core R3 Pro gaming chip that enables advanced features like 2K+120FPS super-resolution rendering.

These chips are paired with 12GB/16GB/24GB RAM and 256GB/512GB/1TB storage configurations.

The 10S Pro+ model packs a massive 7,500mAh silicon-carbon battery with 120W fast charging (100 percent in 35 minutes), while the standard 10S Pro features a 7,050mAh battery with 80W fast charging support.

The camera setup includes a 50MP main sensor with OIS, paired with a 50MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP macro camera. The 16MP under-display front camera utilizes next-gen AI technology for improved selfie quality without compromising screen integrity.

Key gaming features include 520Hz shoulder triggers, dual X-axis linear motors for haptic feedback, and a comprehensive cooling system with liquid metal technology and a 23,000 RPM centrifugal fan. 

The series also debuts a built-in PC emulator for Steam game compatibility. The company states that its new gaming phones can deliver smooth frame rates when emulating older AAA titles. 

REDMAGIC also mentions that the Windows game emulator supports Steam and Epic Games launchers, putting it on par with Xiaomi’s WinPlay feature.

The phones support WiFi 7, 5G, 4G, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, and NFC. 

Finally, it runs on Android 15 with REDMAGIC AI OS 10.0.
