Samsung unveils Neo QLED TV in PH: up to 85-inch size and 8K resolution, starts at PHP 245,654

Samsung's 2025 Neo QLED 8K QN950F features a sleek, minimalist design with its Infinity Air aesthetic, emphasizing an ultra-thin profile and near-borderless display to minimize distractions.

It also features Glare-Free technology that reduces reflections in bright rooms, ensuring clear visibility even in well-lit environments. 

Supports Samsung soundbar system

The Neo QLED TV has a model number of QN950F and is available in 65-inch or 85-inch sizes in the Philippines. It also sports up 240Hz refresh rate, providing smooth visuals, making them less fatiguing to the user's eyes, as well as ideal for fast-paced gaming titles.

The display delivers sharp visuals through 8K AI Upscaling Pro, powered by the NQ8 AI Gen3 Processor with 768 neural networks to enhance detail in all content. 

Audio performance is supported by a 70W speaker system with 4.2.2-channel output, while compatibility with Samsung soundbars enables Q-Symphony and Dolby Atmos for immersive, multidimensional sound.

The Neo QLED TV, particularly the 85-inch can draw power at up to 470W, with energy-saving features such as an eco sensor and auto power-off. Meaning it can intelligently detect when there are no longer users within the viewing area, then turn off the power to save energy.

It also uses SolarCell Remote, which is charged by light and eliminates the need for disposable batteries. Additionally, the remote control also has a microphone for a voice assistant.

The TV runs on Samsung One UI Tizen OS with Samsung Knox Vault for enhanced security and is backed by up to seven years of OS upgrades.

It also boasts AI Auto Game Mode for an enhanced gaming experience, Game Bar, which provides information such as FPS, input lag, and minimap zoom. Furthermore, it can apply ultra-wide aspect ratios at 21:9 or 32:9, expanding the viewing experience.
