Infinix GT 30 5G+ confirmed to launch on August 8

Infinix is set to launch an even more budget-friendly gaming-focused smartphone than the GT 30 Pro.

A much cheaper gaming phone launching soon?

As per Infinix, it will launch a GT 30 5G+ variant this coming August 8, 12pm in India. Infinix added that it will feature customizable lights and be the first phone in its price segment to sport gaming triggers.

The brand also teased that it will arrive with Pulse Gree, Cyber Blue, and Blade White colorways.

The features

In front, the phone is confirmed to have a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with 1.5K 2720 x 1224 resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, 4,500 nits peak brightness, and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection.

Inside, it will also use a 2.6GHz 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chip paired with 8GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 256GB storage option.

Additionally, the said device will have Infinix AI and Xboost AI for gaming.

Finally, there's no word yet if it will become an India-exclusive device or will be available globally. We will get back to you on August 8 after the official launch.
