Confirmed: OPPO Find X9 Series launching this October with Dimensity 9500, 7,500mAh battery
Mobile giant OPPO today confirmed that the company's upcoming Find X9 Series will be powered by the new flagship MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset.

The new MediaTek Dimensity 9500 boasts a third-generation All-Big-Core architecture designed to deliver "exceptional performance and efficiency.
The chip features one 4.21GHz ultra-core, three premium cores, and four performance cores with up to 32 percent higher single-core, 17 percent higher multi-core performance, and 55 percent reduction in peak power consumption.
Moreover, the new flagship SoC uses the ARM G1-Ultra GPU, which also delivers up to 33 percent higher graphics performance and 42 percent better power efficiency, as well as console-grade ray tracing.
According to OPPO, combined with Trinity Engine, the flagship chipset achieves even greater performance while lowering power consumption.
OPPO explains that this is an "industry-leading solution" designed to deliver system-level full-scene computational modeling for the Dimensity 9500's CPU, GPU, and DSU to achieve over 90 percent accuracy in power consumption prediction and substantially refine energy optimization across diverse user scenarios, including everyday use, gaming, and imaging.
Moreover, the SoC is enhanced by a customized cooling system in the OPPO Find X9 Series, ensuring smooth and stable high-frame-rate gameplay, even under the most demanding graphical settings.

On Weibo, OPPO revealed other key details of the upcoming high-end smartphone Series.
Aside from being equipped with the 3nm MTK Dimensity 9500 SoC, the phones will be equipped with a MASSIVE 7,500mAh battery capacity and will run on the upcoming ColorOS 16 Android skin. It will also come with a square camera hump co-developed with Hasselblad.
In China, the device will launch on October 16. The phones are expected to launch globally on a later date.
