Build Quality/Design
 |
| Infinix XPAD 20 Pro's rear design |
Out of the box, the Infinix XPAD 20 Pro is eye-catching because of its flat screen and its thin and lightweight aluminum body.
The back features the Infinix branding and the rear camera module located at the top left corner.
A budget tablet with a premium-looking, thin, and lightweight aluminum body
It also featured rounded corners and a relatively thin bezel for a tablet. It is thick enough to leave ample space for your fingers when holding the tablet.
The tablet is 278.64 x 173.56 x 6.58mm and weighs 545 grams.

Infinix XPAD 20 Pro's left and right sides
|
On the left side are two of the four speakers, while on the right are the other two speakers and the USB-C port.
For some reason, the USB-C port is not centered. Probably for economic reasons.
 |
| Infinix XPAD 20 Pro's top and bottom sides |
On the top side are the power button, volume rocker, a microphone port, and the nanoSIM tray.
Both the power button and volume rocker are made of metal, and they both have a click-y and plastic-y feel and sound when pressed.
Multimedia Experience
 |
| Infinix XPAD 20 Pro's 12-inch LCD screen |
The Infinix XPAD 20 Pro's 12-inch LCD in-cell IPS screen with a 2000 x 1200 resolution, a 450-nit brightness, a 90Hz refresh rate, and a 180Hz touch sampling rate.
The panel is TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light Certified and is TÜV Rheinland Flicker Free Certified.
Good display for the price, loud four speakers
It is decently bright, but under bright light, we can see that the light is uneven. The corners are not as bright as the center of the panel.
The 2000 x 1200 resolution results in sharp images and crisp text, while the 180Hz touch sampling rate is just right for multi-touch and pencil use. The 90Hz refresh rate makes the animation look smoother, too.
For audio, it has four speakers that support DTS stereo sound. Its maximum volume is staggeringly loud. At maximum volume, there is some distortion, but we found the best balance of audio quality is at 85 percent.
The tablet locks into the two cases snuggly. The XPAD Keyboard 20 Pro case and X Pencil 20 Pro have their own internal battery that charges via USB-C, and they connect wirelessly to the tablet via Bluetooth pairing.
The X Pencil 20 Pro features palm rejection and supports 4,096 levels of pressure. It can write with a 5G activation force and has only 10ms latency.
Cameras
 |
| Infinix XPAD 20 Pro's rear cameras |
At the back is the 8MP f/2.0 main camera with AF and an LED flash. The stock camera app for the rear camera includes modes such as AI CAM, Beauty, Video, Time-lapse, Portrait, and Panorama.
The selfie camera is a 5MP f/2.0 camera. The camera modes available are AI CAM, Video, Beauty, Portrait, Wide-Selfie, and Time-Lapse.
Performance
 |

The Infinix XPAD 20 Pro features the 6nm MediaTek Helio G100 Ultimate octa-core processor, 4GB/8GB LPDDR4X, and 128GB/256GB UFS 2.2.
It can draw from the internal storage to add 8GB more of RAM when needed. Infinix calls it the Fusion RAM.
Running AnTuTu's test increased the temperature by 1 degree Celsius and used up 6 percent. It yielded an AnTuTu overall score of 553,120 while in GeekBench, it got 736 (single-core) and 1,901 (multi-core).
 |
| Infinix XPAD 20 Pro 3DMark and CPDT results |
In 3DMark, it scored 1,296 overall with a 7.77 average frame rate. While in CPDT, it scored 500.70MB/s sequential read speeds and 350.59MB/s in sequential write speeds.
 |
| Infinix XPAD 20 Pro's GeekBench AI and PCMark Battery benchmark results |
In GeekBench AI, it scored 524 in Single Precision, 522 in Half-Precision, and 957 in Quantized score.
Infinix XPAD 20 Pro benchmark results:
- AnTuTu - 553,120 points
- GeekBench - 736 single core, 1,901 multi-core
- CPDT - 350.59 MB/s sequential write speeds, 500.70 sequential read speeds
- 3DMark - 1,296 overall score, 7.77 average fps
In actual usage, the Infinix XPAD 20 Pro performs decently. It is not crazy fast, but it is fast enough for navigating through the OS, opening apps, web surfing, music, and video streaming. It will struggle with demanding apps and when juggling heavy multitasking.
 |
| Infinix XPAD 20 Pro Genshin Impact Graphic Settings |
For gaming, it can handle Genshin Impact at the lowest graphic settings. Frame rate-wise, it is playable at around 30fps. Once the screen gets busy, it may occasionally stutter.
 |
| Infinix XPAD 20 Pro Call of Duty: Mobile Graphics Settings |
In Call of Duty: Mobile, it unlocked the Medium graphics and Medium Frame rate settings. The gameplay is decently smooth, even when the screen gets busy.
The tablet is surprisingly well-cooled; it never got hot. It maintains a relatively cool temperature even after an hour of playing both Genshin Impact and/or Call of Duty: Mobile.
Fair performance for the price
In terms of battery, the 8,000mAh battery underwent our usual PCMark Battery benchmark twice, and it yielded around 7 hours. In real-world usage, we were getting around 11 hours of on-screen time.
It has an 18W fast charger that charges the tablet from 0 to 100 percent in under 5 hours.
Connectivity features include WiFi, Bluetooth 5.2, and 4G LTE via nanoSIM. The tablet maintains a 4-5-bar level of WiFi and LTE when in the city and within range of an LTE antenna. We only experienced drops when inside buildings with thick concrete.
The Bluetooth 5.2 also allows simultaneous connections between the tablet XPAD Keyboard 20 Pro case, X Pencil 20 Pro, and a paired wireless earphones.
 |
| Android 15-based XOS |
In terms of OS, the Infinix XPAD 20 Pro runs on XOS based on Android 15. It is the most feature-packed version yet, with familiar near-stock apps and Infinix preinstalled apps. Visually, it is near stock and is reminiscent of classic Android visuals. Because of this, it is easy to navigate, and it is easy to find the settings or feature you want to get to.
 |
| Folax's dialogue thread |
Included is Folax. It is an AI chatbot that leverages DeepSeek R1, and it can do a variety of tasks for the user, such as: make calls, set alarms, open apps, adjust settings, play music, or radio, and more. It can generate an image, translate text, check the weather, find nearby restaurants, track your fitness, or manage your calendar. It can also look up facts, answer questions, summarize links, or documents. It can also write emails, resumes, fun stories, and poems. Interestingly, it can even tell jokes, tell fun facts, or even recommend music or a video.
