HUAWEI nova 14i launches in the Philippines alongside its siblings nova 14 and 14 Pro.

Entry-level 7,000mAh phone

The device appears as a budget model among the series. It features a circular camera bump and is available in Blue or Black colorways.

The display

In front, the phone uses a 6.95-inch LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate, 2376  x 1080 FHD+ resolution, and a 270Hz touch sampling rate.

Inside the nova 14i is a 2.4GHz 6nm Snapdragon 680 octa-core processor with Adreno 610 GPU, 8GB RAM, and 256GB storage.

The battery uses a massive 7,000mAh capacity and charges using a 22.5W fast charging brick.

Camera-wise, it uses a 50MP main shooter with an f/1.8 aperture and a 2MP depth helper. Taking selfies or video calls is handled by the 8MP f/2.0 front sensor.

Other features are a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and a stereo speaker.

Connectivity features are WiFi (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and NFC.

For OS, the phone runs on EMUI 14.2 out of the box.
