Infinix Philippines silently launched its most affordable 5G-ready smartphone of the year—the HOT 60i 5G.

The design differs from the 4G Infinix HOT 60i, measuring slightly thicker at 8.14mm compared to 7.7mm. However, it compensates with a more powerful processor that delivers improved overall performance and a larger battery capacity, so you can enjoy the phone longer before needing to charge again.

Infinix HOT 60i 5G highlights

The device highlights an IP64 rating body available in Monsoon Green, Shadown Blue, Sleek Black, and Plum Red colors.

In front, it uses a 6.75-inch LCD (IPS) screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and HD+ resolution. It has a U-shaped notch housing the 5MP f/2.0 selfie camera. It also has Wet & Greasy Touch technology and 670 nits peak brightness.

Inside, the phone uses the 2.4GHz 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 6400 octa-core processor, a 5G-ready chip commonly found on more expensive smartphones. It is paired with 4GB RAM, but it could be extended up to 8GB with the help of its 128GB eMMC 5.1 internal storage.

This phone obviously has a lot of AI capabilities

The battery is at 6,000mAh, and the company promises that it can do up to 8.2 hours of mobile gaming. It could be charged via USB-C with an 18W power brick.

At the back, it sports a 50MP f/1.6 bright aperture primary camera for photos and videos.

The handset runs on Android 15 OS with XOS 15.1 skin. It also has a dedicated One Tap AI Button. It has a 5-Year TÜV Fluency rating as well.

It also has the UltraLink Free Call that lets users talk without a signal, using Bluetooth to keep your crew connected in packed malls or remote areas.
