OnePlus Ace 6T now official: 1st Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 phone, 8,300mAh, Genshin Impact Edition

The teaser period is over. OnePlus just launched the Ace 6T in China, a new smartphone with mid-range pricing but with legitimate premium-level features.

First, this device is the first to feature the new 3nm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 octa-core processor with up to 3.8GHz clockspeed. This processor is designed to deliver high-end performance for devices at a more accessible price point. OnePlus claims that it can reach an AnTuTu benchmark score of over 3.5 million which is even higher than the flagship chips early this year.

Second, this handset is equipped with a MASSIVE 8,300mAh Glacier Battery, the largest found on near flagship-level smartphones yet. That's a 3,300mAh increase compared to most phones with 5,000mAh capacity only. Moreover, the company added a USB-C 100W SUPERVOOC fast charging, 55W PPS charging, bypass charging, and wired reverse charging.

The phone features the new Glacier VC, doubling heat dissipation speed, expanding cooling space by 43 percent, and boosting absorption by 100 percent. Glacier Graphite and Thermal Gel enhance dissipation and conductivity by 50 percent, with a record 43,940mm² heat area—the largest ever on a OnePlus. Glacier Aerogel, aerospace aluminum, and the Glacier Back Cover keep your hands cool from all sides during gaming.

The device also has IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K dust and water resistance as well as OPPO Crytal Shield Glass for extra durability. The display has the Rain Touch 2.0 tech for improved touch response even when the screen is wet.

Meanwhile, the Genshin Impact Kamisato Ayaka Limited Edition features an exclusive Snowy Blue design with intricate textures, Ayaka's elegant dance theme, and a deeply customized system—including unique app icons, boot animation, charging effects, and fingerprint unlock.
