OPPO Reno15 FS launched: Snapdragon 6 Gen 1, 50MP main camera, and 6,500mAh battery

OPPO adds the Reno15 FS to its popular 15 Series lineup.

A new variant emerges

The device closely resembles the Reno15 F, with the primary distinctions being a moderately reduced battery capacity and a single memory configuration. Additionally, it has a model number of CPH280.

The OPPO Reno15 FS is offered in Aurora Blue and Twilight Blue color options and comes with an IP68 dust and water resistance rating.

The design and display

In front, it features a 6.57-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. This display incorporates a 50MP front-facing camera and an optical fingerprint sensor.

Powering the device is a 2.2GHz 4nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 octa-core chipset with Adreno GPU.

It has an 8GB LPDDR4X RAM, 512GB UFS 3.1 storage, and a 6,500mAh battery supporting USB-C 80W SUPERVOOC wired charging.

On the rear, the camera system consists of a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP macro camera.

Other features are stereo speakers and an in-display fingerprint scanner for security.

For connectivity, it has a WiFi (2.4GHz/5GHz), 5G, 4G, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, NFC, and dual SIM.

For OS, the phone runs on Android 16 with ColorOS 16 skin on top.
