TECNO SPARK Go 3 to launch on January 16

TECNO has officially announced the launch date for its latest budget smartphone, called the SPARK Go 3.

A budget phone that will last?

As per the official statement, the TECNO Spark Go 3 will be introduced on January 16 at 12 PM local time in India and will be available for purchase through major online retailers Flipkart and Amazon.

Lag-free experience on a budget

The company has pre-revealed several key features of the upcoming model. It said that the SPARK Go 3 will carry an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance and is touted to withstand accidental drops from up to 1.2 meters. 

TECNO also states the phone will deliver "four years of lag-free performance" and will include its proprietary Ella AI voice assistant.

Based on preliminary listings and industry expectations, the smartphone is anticipated to be a 4G device. 

Reported details include a 5,000mAh battery with 10W charging support, 4GB of RAM, and 128GB of internal storage. 

A previous Google Play Console listing suggests the phone may be powered by a Spreadtrum Unisoc UMS9230E chipset paired with a Mali-G57 GPU.

Finally, it is expected to run on Android 15 OS.

Official pricing and full specifications will be confirmed at the launch event next week.
